This will vary from person to person depending upon the goals set. Generally a program will run anywhere between 4-8 weeks however will be continuously observerved and tweaked to elicit the best out of you!

The frequency of training depends on your goals, availability, and current fitness level. As a general guideline, aiming for at least 30 minutes of movement daily is ideal for overall health. For strength training, 2 to 4 sessions per week are recommended to see progress while allowing for proper recovery.
